  • Modal tests

    Dewesoft d.o.o.

Modal Testing and Modal Analysis - SIMO, MIMO, and ODSEffective and affordable modal testing and analysis solution for SIMO, MIMO, and ODS testing methods. The modal test is an indispensable tool to determine natural frequencies and mode shapes of any structure. With our solution, you are able to excite the structure with an impact hammer or modal vibration shakers and easily measure the responses. Import or draw your geometry for rich visualization and animation of your structures.

  • Pendulum Impact Testers

    Qualitest International Inc.

Qualitest offers Charpy / Izod Impact Testers with capacities up to 750J meeting and exceeding ASTM E23, ISO, DIN, JIS, standard requirements. The key benefits of this line of top technology models are price competitiveness, extremely high precision and durability, automatic motorized lifting of the pendulum hammer to optimize cycle times, flexibility, efficiency for low/high temperature testing, and much more. Optionally we offer temperature chambers, automated sample handling, centering device, Charpy sample preparation and broaching machines for preparation of notched bar specimens.

  • Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine

DWTT Series - Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation

DWTT Drop Weight Impact Testing System is suitable for drop weight tear test of various kinds of ferrite, especially for the test of DWTT for pipeline steel as ASTM-E 436, API-RP 5L3, ASTM-E 208 and DIN EN 10274. DWTT has integrated mechanical, electrical, and automatic control technology, and achieved full automation of feeding, hammer lifting impact, and fracture specimen collection. The load frame has a four-column design, features in stable supporting structure, rigid, dual sliding rails. The Drop Weight Drop Weight Tester is equipped with positioning mechanism, anti-dumping mechanism, safety mechanism, hydraulic buffer devices and security guard net. The impact energy is determined by the lifting height and configuration of different net weights. DWTT Drop Weight Impact Testing System is the essential quality control equipment for pipeline manufacturers, steel mills, iron and steel enterprises, and is also widely used for research institutes.1. Buffer device is equipped to avoid the second impact and absorb the residual energy after breaking the specimen so as to prevent the weigher and anvil from destroying. The installation of safety mechanism, buffer device, and security guard net will effectively secure the testing machine and its operation to extend its life.2. Configuration of the specimen-feeding system, anti-second impact device, and specimen centering mechanism will guarantee a quick, accurate and reliable test.

  • Non-Destructive Testing Equipment

    BOLT-Tester - Nitto Construction Inc.

BTS(BOLT-Tester) is developed in 2012 after the collapse at SASAGO Tunnel on the Chuo Expressway in Japan. Visual inspection and hammer sound testing are main inspection methods for maintenance and management of anchor bolts in a tunnel. However, these methods have some issues in regard to objectivity and reliability of the results. Pull out testing is also one of a testing method for the soundness test of anchor bolts, however, this method have also some issues in regard to cost and time, and there is a risk to damage the anchor bolt. BTS is simple and cost effective non-destructive testing equipment that solves those issues. BTS measures a waveform of impact force to evaluate the soundness of anchor bolt.

  • proctorers

    infraTest Prüftechnik GmbH

For automatic compression of simple and modified Proctor specimens 100 and 150 mm. Stand model for installation on a stable surface with CE safety door in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive. The Proctor mold used for the respective test is placed on the rotatable base plate and the corresponding monkey hammer inserted into the lifting device. Exchangeable drive disks and cams control the drop height and the rotary feed rate after each stroke. The displacement of the impact surface sample edge / center / sample edge is done by an electric drive. The entire compaction process is microprocessor-controlled with universal software and preselectable test parameters:

  • VisualIMPACT Software

    Instron

CEAST VisualIMPACT software is designed to control CEAST Pendulums and Drop Tower Series, manage tests and offer a user-friendly interface when using the Data Acquisition System. It records force and absorbed energy data related to impacts, visualizes and helps analyze the results and calculates resilience. The operator is guided through parameters setup by means of tables describing strikers and specimens that are filtered according to the test type and international standard selected. In the case of instrumented tests, many possibilities for data analysis and visualization are made available. The results are shown through comprehensive and customizable graphs and can be filtered by break type (only specimens with a selected break type are shown). Working with groups of test, the software performs a statistical analysis, and the operator can pick and discard single test results. Different measurement units can be selected. It is possible to print reports and to export data totally or partially. Recent improvements include the possibility to set a number of user profiles, including graphic settings, default printing options, advanced parameters for data analysis and so on, switching quickly from one another when looking at results. The introduction of a new Data Acquisition System (CEAST DAS 64K) in the Impact product line has also triggered a number of new capabilities for the SW, which is now able to process a more comprehensive calibration file for instrumented tups and hammers and manage DAS configurations with a wider range of data acquisition channels.
